We have been catering at events for over 16 years and have thousands of happy customers across Australia. Our commitment to quality and authenticity drives everything we do. From our signature Gozleme to tailored menus that suit your event, we take pride in creating food that’s not just satisfying but memorable.

2008
Where it All Began
Our journey started in 2008 with our iconic red Gourmet Gozleme marquee. From the beginning, we had one goal: to serve The Best Gozleme Ever.
What began as a husband-and-wife team quickly grew into a family-run business, with our never-aging mother and young children pitching in. Together, we built our reputation on quality, flavour, and fun.
2008–2018
Hitting the Road
Over the next decade, we literally went everywhere. From Sydney to Far North Queensland, Canberra, and across Victoria, our red marquee became a familiar sight at events, markets, and festivals.
We proudly served thousands of guests, cementing our status as Australia’s original Gourmet Gozleme makers.
2018
The Evolution of Gourmet Gozleme
After 10 years of manually setting up and packing down our kitchen at every event, it was time for a change. In 2018, we introduced the Ryan Gozleme Food Truck—a game-changer for our growing portfolio of events and catering services.
The food truck allowed us to bring the same delicious flavours to more people, with added convenience and efficiency.
2020
A Bold Step During Challenging Times
In July 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, we launched our second food truck: the Turkish Kitchen Food Truck.
Expanding our menu to include authentic Home-Made Turkish dishes such as börek, savoury bakes, spring rolls, stuffed vine leaves, and stuffed eggplants, to name a few, we continued our mission of delivering an exceptional Turkish food experience.
While our food trucks are now the heart of our operation, we still roll out our beloved red marquee occasionally, serving only Gozleme. It’s our way of staying connected to the tradition that started it all.
